"I have owned a Mark Leuchter contrabass trombone since April 2014. A choice of brand I have never regretted. It is in every way very well balanced. It has a consistent sound throughout the register and there are no narrow or difficult tones.

The contrabass trombone is also very well balanced in the hand. In contrast to many other contrabass trombones is it not too heavy to hold, much depending on the balance and the way it is built. I have not had to use any extra support to hold it due to the variable handheld support which Markus has fitted directly on the instrument.

My wish of accessories and extra equipment was met with a great spirit of service. I wanted an extra crook to the first valve to be able to tune it in D, and an attachable handle in order to play on the 6th and 7th positions. That was not a problem for Markus! On the contrary, Markus made sure I was a satisfied user at the time of the delivery of the contrabass trombone. I am still very satisfied!
